The focus of Ms. Cohen’s corporate practice has been to assist clients in growing, merging, consolidating and selling their businesses and navigating ever-evolving regulatory schemes in order to assist them in maximizing their businesses’ value. Ms. Cohen is thoroughly committed to her clients’ efforts to build, develop and maximize their businesses. Throughout her career she has faced and helped solve her client’s problems arising from the breadth and depth of the intersection between law and business. These experiences have demonstrated that proactive legal planning can prepare a business for growth, avoid costly litigation and maximize a business owner’s return on exit. Ms. Cohen has worked with clients in in industries as diverse as construction, professional services, real estate development, consumer finance, manufacturing and hospitality.

Ms. Cohen has enjoyed a wide ranging career, having worked in a variety of environments, including serving as General Counsel for two closely held companies, a corporate transnational attorney at both national and local corporate law firms and as litigation counsel. Ms. Cohen returned to private practice to counsel and advise businesses and business owners grow their wealth, achieve their goals and realize their dreams.
